After the success of the first edition of Cairo Textile Week 2021, the second edition will take place on 22 and 22 October at the Cairo International Conference Center, Nasr City, Cairo , Egypt.
The conference will highlight recent innovations from the industry with special focus on Sustainability of Textiles.
The summit was organized in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the inauguration of the Critical care Center, Cairo University in March 1982 by its founder Dr Sherif Mokhtar, Professor of Cardiology & Critical care Medicine, Cairo University.
The summit featured mini courses as well as an extensive an exhibition featuring the latest technologies and equipment in critical care medicine.
The summit hosted as well an art exhibition along the conference.

The Egyptian Italian Symposium on Critical Care Medicine
Scribe is proud to organize the Egyptian Italian Symposium on Critical care Medicine which is scheduled on 16 December as a virtual event.
Themed: Lessons learned from COVID-19 pandemic, the symposium will host eminent Italian speakers including ; Dr Paolo Pelosi , Dr Luca Bigatello, Dr Massimo Loda and Dr Federico Pappalardo
The symposium is endorsed by the Egyptian College of Critical Care Physicians in celebration of the 150th anniversary of the premiering of opera AIDA at the Egyptian Opera in 1871.
In partnership with Vision Fairs the organizers of Egy Stitch and Tex, the leading Textiles Exhibition in Egypt, Scribe will co-organize Cairo Textile Week ( CTW2021)on 16 and 17 October, 2021.
The conference will take place at CICC, Nasr City , Cairo and will run in concurrence with Egy Stitch and Tex exhibition.
The conference program aims through an array of lectures to provide the Egyptian Textile Industry and stakeholders from the allied sectors with information about recent trends and innovations in textiles.
Scribe will also co-organize during Egy Stitch and Tex exhibition , ITEX CAIRO Masterclass featuring two days of knowledge about Textile Digital printing. Dates of the Masterclass are : 14 and 15 October, 2021.

ITEX Design Contest witnessed several contenders who participated in the contest which witnessed innovative designs intended for digital printing on textiles. The contest was part of ITEX CAIRO 2021 conference.
The jury committee held its meeting on 24 March 2021 at the Egyptian Chamber of Textiles to choose the best ten designs.
The contest was organized by Scribe was supported by the Egyptian Chamber of Textiles, Textile Printing Department at Faculty of Applied Arts, Fashion & Design Center, Textile Division of National Research Center, MDT Printing Company and Khoyout Magazine.
