Highlights from Introduction to Textiles Course

As a pre conference course of ITEX CAIRO 2020 ” Innovations in Textiles Digital Printing ” conference, the Introduction to Textiles course featured presentations covering fibers, weaving , knitting , dying , printing and finishing  of textiles . 

The course was designed to provide participants with an introductory knowledge to the science  of textiles and how its is applied in the industry.

Pulmonary Hypertension workshop at PULMOCAIRO 2019 conference

The Pulmonary Hypertension workshop was one of the successful events of PULMO Cairo 2019, the annual conference of the Pulmonary Medicine Department , Kasr Al Ainy, Cairo University.

The workshop was chaired by Professor Sherif Mokhtar, President of the Egyptian College of Critical care Physicians, Professor Medhat A Soliman, the founder of Pulmonary Medicine Update Course, the leading Pulmonary Critical Care event in Egypt and Professor Ayman Salem, Chairman of Pulmonary Medicine Department, Kasr Al Ainy and President of PULMO Cairo 2019 conference .

The Pulmonary Hypertension workshop program included several lectures will be delivered by an eminent faculty from Cairo University followed by an interactive case discussions.

The workshop which is one of eight workshops organized during the conference ,took place at the LRC, Kasr Al Ainy on 20 November 2019.

Sleep Disorders workshop Egypt Safy KaddahOne of the successful workshops conducted at PULMOCAIRO 2019 conference was the Sleep disorders workshop which took place  on 19 November 2019 at the Learning Resource Center, Kasr Al Ainy 

The workshop was directed by Professor Safy Kaddah, Professor of Pulmonary Medicine, Cairo University and it covered several topics covering Polysomnography and interpretation of Sleep Studies as well as treatment devices.

The lectures was followed by a hands on session covering equipment used in the Sleep Lab.
